This Consumer Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between “smartcleaner.ge” LLC (hereinafter the “Company”) and its customers.

The company offers customers cleaning and cleaning services for a house, apartment, office space or any other space.

Settlement
The fee for the service and the terms of payment are determined by individual agreement.
In case of late payment, the company reserves the right to charge the customer a fine.

Term of validity and termination of the agreement
This agreement is valid from the moment of its adoption and is valid indefinitely.
The parties have the right to terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If the agreement fails, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
Final Provisions
Changes to this Agreement can only be made in writing.
This Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of Georgia.
